7:30 am – 2 pm (Special event ponds will open at 7:30 am and close at 2 pm)
LOCATION:
Bring the kids for a day of outdoor family fun! There will be an adult/child fishing event at Lakes Cup and Saucer (kids should be age 15 and under) and Lake Horseshoe 6 will be open to everyone. Fishing begins at 7:30 am. Instructional bass fishing excursions available (call ahead of event to reserve a time-912.285.6094).
 
JAKES Day registration starts at 9 am and include: Steve Scruggs Wildlife Program, BB gun-skeet shooting range, ABAC Forestry Wildlife display and retriever demos. There will be a prize drawing at 2 pm. Kids ages 17 and under can participate and the National Wild Turkey Federation will provide lunch.

Come out for family fun! The Evans Co. Bass Club and Georgia WRD are hosting a kids fishing event for children age 15 and under.  An adult must accompany all children.  The Evans Co. Bass Club will be awarding prizes and trophies, and they also will have food and drinks for everyone. Bring your own bait and tackle.
